Jemma Boschetti

Jemma obtained her degree from Monash University. She joined the firm in March 2020, bringing valuable experience in criminal defence work and trial preparation.
Jemma works closely with Bernadette in preparation of mediation and litigation documents, the discovery process, analysis of financial and parenting documents (including subpoenaed documents) and in communicating with clients, expert witnesses and the courts.
Jemma's calm and methodical manner combined with her technical legal skills makes her an excellent instructing solicitor. Her drafting skills assist in keeping legal costs proportionate.
Jemma enjoys travel to regional Victoria and is a talented artist.
